My favorite receipt during autumn. Quite simple and it takes near 30 minutes total time. I usually put in the pan: tomatoes, peppers (different colors, red, green,yellow), eggplants, onion, lot of garlic and corn. It is very tasty same cold and hot. Bon appetite my dears.
